When we work 1-on-1, each session is as unique as you and your needs. The session will be led by you and your intentions for your self and your life, which we will explore together. My aim is to create a safe space for you, where you can be seen, heard and heal.
I draw on my knowledge of counselling theories, psychological research, Family Constellations, nervous system regulation, and spirituality to work with you, where you are at, right now. Whether it is a past hurt or current situation that has led you to reach out to me, my intention is to provide you with the safety, support and tools to overcome these challenges.

Counselling sessions are 60 minutes long and my current introductory pricing is $135/session. If you are struggling financially, please feel free to reach out as I offer a limited amount of reduced fee sessions to those in need.

This depends on a range of factors, including the issue/s we are working on, appointment availability and your budget.
Counselling sessions may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as needed. We will discuss what is right for you during your session.

Each session is unique and what you share and what we explore together will depend on the issues you have come to discuss. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The session begins with us discussing your current situation, feelings, and goals for therapy. I may ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of the situation, and we will work collaboratively to identify and address areas of concern.
I might use various techniques, such as active listening, reflection, inquiry, or therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight into you thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Together, we develop strategies to relieve your symptoms, improve your coping skills, and promote your overall well-being. Additionally, I may also provide psychoeducation, which helps you to better understand your self or your situation.
Overall, the goal of counselling is to empower you to overcome your challenges and work towards desired change.

I have a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of the Sunshine Coast and am a qualified Family Constellations Facilitator.
I have been working in the mental health field since 2018, including a year spent working in a drug, alcohol and mental health rehab. Additionally, I have assisted in and facilitated many personal development and therapy groups, both in a clinical and a non-clinical setting, and continue to do so.
Moreover, I am an avid reader and researcher, passionate about my continued personal and professional growth. I aim to keep up to date with the latest research and share these scientific insights with my clients.
I also further supplement my academic knowledge with spiritual and alternative practices.

My professional and personal experience have led me to believe that achieving better mental health requires a holistic approach. Therefore, I combine evidence-based theory with alternative practices to create individualised and support.
I help you to improve your relationship with your body by creating habits that improve your physical well-being and self-care routines. I also teach you mindfulness practices and somatic processing to assist you in managing trauma, triggers and daily stress.
My aim is to provide you with a safe space, where you can share your experiences and stories as well as make meaning from them in the context of your life. This may include current issues, childhood trauma or problems that have emerged during your adulthood. Together, we will find a path for you to navigate your memories, triggers and patterns in a new way.
I am also passionate about helping you reconnect to your creativity, vitality and joy. Our sessions will not only focus on the challenges in your life but also on creating more of what you desire and finding ways to live your life authentically and empowered.
